Healthy Nutrition & Culinary Coaching
I’ll work individually with you to create a customized plan based on your
specific objectives & goals.
Our first 60-90 minute session will be spent reviewing your medical history and evaluating what may be getting in the way of you reaching your goals.
We’ll discuss your typical lifestyle and diet and set goals based on your current health status. At this time, we will work together to determine what the next steps will be on your road to health.
I will be available to answer any questions you may have between sessions via email, phone or text.
You provide the motivation and desire and I’ll provide the tools necessary for discovering a HEALTHY you!
